Submitting 3XPRESS orders

Order must be submitted by email to orders@toddypromo.com

Account MUST be in good standing or include credit card number and authorization form with PO submittal.

Purchase order MUST include:

• Correct part number
• Color(s) (for reference only)
• Quantity
• Required ship date
• List “3XPRESS” or “3-Day Service” on the PO as well as in the subject line of the email
• Ship to address
• Third-party party shipper account number (where applicable)
• Pre-authorization to air or expedite shipping without notice
• Must have pre-authorization to ship early without notice

Production proof will be delivered within 3-business hours of receipt of purchase order & artwork.

   To qualify:

• Orders must be received by 1:00 pm CST to receive a digital proof within 3-business hours on the same day
• Provided artwork must be vector-based. Provided images, such as photos and backgrounds, must be at least 300ppi. 
• ALL fonts MUST be outlined.

3-Day production begins upon receipt

of proof approval

• Approvals received on a Tuesday BEFORE or DURING business hours will ship on Friday
• Approvals received on a Tuesday AFTER business hours will ship on Monday
